Opera is the only well-known browser that Facebook could actually acquire. According to Pocket Lint’s sources, Facebook is planning to buy Opera Software, the company that makes the Opera browser. I’m talking about the final version of the all-new operating system from Microsoft. Today Google Announced they have expanded Google Maps to include Live Traffic Conditions for Arterial roads. Previously Google Maps only displayed traffic conditions for Major Highways (freeways), so this is a nice addition. Most of the time I need to know which back road I should take when the highway is busy! The new feature is automatically enabled once you turn on the Traffic Layer in Google Maps for both Mobile Google Maps (iPhone, Android, etc....

Well, Google has finally decided to stop the madness by introducing Multi-domain support in a new Admin control panel for Google Apps Administrators. HUGE news for both Google Apps users and Google since Microsoft Exchange has been able to support multi-domains for um, Ten Years or more. My guess is this limitation with Google Apps has been a serious show stopper for larger companies who might have been thinking about “Going Google....

Last Friday the Chromium logo was updated, and this week Chrome is following suit. The new Chrome logo is flat, simple, and looks a lot less like a pokeball. Currently it is only available in the developer channel version of Chrome, but it should probably hit the stable channel within the next week or two. We still don’t have any information regarding why the change took place, but it looks a lot less intrusive; maybe that is what Google is going for....
